about Veritas Classical Academy

Who We Are

To Train the minds and improve the hearts

Our Mission

Veritas Classical Academy exists to educate the minds and inspire the hearts of young people through content rich, classical curriculum that emphasizes the principles of moral character and civic responsibility. By intentionally fostering a culture of intrinsic wellness, we prepare our students to become the healthy, virtuous, and authentic foundation of future American generations.

Our Vision & Philosphy

At Veritas Classical Academy, our vision is the formation of a worthy citizenry. We seek to graduate students who live rich, full lives guided by virtue: gratitude, honesty, patience, perseverance, wisdom, responsibility, friendship, and moderation. Our students grow to be thoughtful, well-read, and articulate, with lifelong passions for learning and service. They learn to navigate a changing world with adaptability, creativity, and confidence, while remaining grounded in timeless principles that are good, true, and beautiful. Our graduates are kind and empathetic, yet decisive and courageous, wise, virtuous, and well prepared to contribute meaningfully to their families, communities, and civic life.

This vision is rooted in a clear philosophy of education. We believe every child arrives with a natural desire to learn, question, and grow. At Veritas Classical Academy, we honor that potential by cultivating an intentional community where students are truly known and valued. Our approach aligns with how children naturally develop: young learners thrive through songs, stories, and engaging activities, while older students channel their growing curiosity into meaningful discussion and discovery. Small class sizes enable teachers to build genuine relationships with each student, and classmates form authentic friendships through shared learning. We see childhood not as preparation for “real life,” but as a vital season of wonder, growth, and character formation. When children feel seen, supported, and appropriately challenged, they do not just learn well; they flourish.
